    1. Spiced Falafel Tortilla Wrap

     

    Prep Time: 20 minutes
    Ingredients:

    • 2 tortillas
    • 6 falafels (homemade or store-bought)
    • ½ cup shredded lettuce
    • ¼ cup diced cucumbers
    • 2 tbsp tahini sauce
    • ¼ cup pickled onions
    • ½ tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

     

    Method:

    1. Lightly warm the tortillas on a skillet.

    2. Mash the falafels slightly and mix with cumin powder.

    3. Spread tahini sauce over the tortilla and layer with lettuce, cucumbers, and pickled
      onions.

    4. Add the spiced falafels and drizzle with more tahini sauce.

    5. Roll tightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

    2. Chicken Shawarma Tortilla Roll

    Prep Time: 25 minutes
    Ingredients:

    • 2 tortillas
    • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
    • ½ cup shredded cabbage
    • ¼ cup garlic sauce
    • 1 tbsp yogurt
    • ½ tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

     

    Method:

    1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with paprika, black pepper, yogurt, and olive oil.

    2. Heat the mixture in a pan for 2 minutes.

    3. Spread garlic sauce over the tortilla and layer with cabbage and the spiced chicken.

    4. Roll the tortilla tightly and toast it on a skillet until golden brown.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tortillas

    Method:

    1. Spread cream cheese over the tortillas.

    2. Mix mashed dates, almonds, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.

    3. Spread the mixture over one half of the tortilla and fold it into a half-moon shape.

    4. Toast on a skillet for 2 minutes until lightly crisp.

    5. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey.

    4. Spicy Keema Tortilla Quesadilla

     

    Prep Time: 30 minutes
    Ingredients:

    • 2 tortillas
    • 1 cup cooked minced meat (keema)
    • ½ cup shredded cheese
    • ¼ cup chopped onions
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tbsp butter

     

    Method:

    1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.

    2. Add cooked minced meat and garam masala, mixing well.

    3. Place a tortilla on a pan, spread keema over half, and top with shredded cheese.

    4. Fold and cook until crispy on both sides.

    5. Slice and serve warm.

    5. Refreshing Iftar Tortilla Chaat

     

    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Ingredients:

    • 2 tortillas (cut into small pieces)
    • ½ cup boiled chickpeas
    • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
    • ¼ cup yogurt
    • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
    • ½ tsp chaat masala
    • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

     

    Method:

    1. Toast tortilla pieces until crispy.

    2. In a bowl, mix chickpeas, tomatoes, and chaat masala.

    3. Arrange tortilla pieces on a plate, layer with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and chickpea
      mix.

    4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
