Pita Pizza with Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 pita breads
  • 3 tbsp basil pesto
  • ½ cup sliced cherry
  • tomatoes
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Spread basil pesto over each pita bread.

  3. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
