Tortilla Chips with Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oi
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brush tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika. Cut into triangular pieces.

  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Mix with onions, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.

  5. Serve the baked chips with guacamole.
