Tortilla Samosas

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Add peas, mashed potatoes, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Cut tortillas into halves. Fold each into a cone shape and seal the edges with water.
  4. Stuff with the potato mixture and seal the top.
  5. Shallow-fry until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
