    Ingredients:

    • 2 pita breads
    • 6 falafels (store-bought or homemade)
    • ½ cup shredded lettuce
    • 2 tbsp tahini sauce
    • 2 tbsp diced pickles

     

     

    Method of Preparation:

    1. Warm the pita breads and slice them open to create pockets.

    2. Place 3 falafels inside each pocket.

    3. Add lettuce and diced pickles.

    4. Drizzle tahini sauce over the top and serve.
