    Prep Time: 30 minutes
    Ingredients:

    • 1 pizza base (cut into small circles using a cookie cutter)
    • ½ cup marinara sauce
    • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ¼ cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)
    • Italian seasoning

     

     

    Method of Preparation:

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Arrange the small pizza circles on a baking sheet.

    3. Spread marinara sauce on each circle.

    4. Top with diced vegetables and mozzarella cheese.

    5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
    6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve as bite-sized appetizers.
